My journey of Yoga starts 10 year ago I was doing travelling job with hectic schedule I developed Knee pain, struggling to step on stairs, BP, loss of energy after work, fear of something wrong is going to happen, unhealthy food habits and unhealthy lifestyle, not regular waking and sleeping time, partying in leisure and for recreation.
Then I taken decision to join Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, N.Delhi to resolve my health issues. I start with 1 month Wellness foundation course It goes well and teachers suggest me to pursue for more advance course. Then I completed 3 months Protocol Instructor course from MDNIY. It was so amazing that during these four month of training course my health was improved and almost all health issues were resolved, feeling agile, food habits, sleeping habits, outlook towards people was completely change. I feel as if “The life is beautiful”.
Then I completed my Masters in Yogic Science ( Yogacharya) course.
And finally I give up all assignments and I decided to pursued Yoga teaching as a whole time career and started taking Yoga sessions individually and in groups.
I am having 5 year of experience of taking Yoga sessions for general fitness and for different health issues.
All of Yoga sessions includes Micro Exercises (Sukhshma Vyayam), Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Prayer, Shanti Paath, Cleansing practices, suggestions about lifestyle, food habits and about behavioral aspects. Yoga sessions are customised according to the need of a individual or a group.
As per my experience of dealing with different patients, I understand that Yoga provides promising results in terms of healing the Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual health and helps in adopting healthy food habits and healthy lifestyle. It changes the outlook of a person which leads to lively and happy life.
